ASHLAND - Due to inclement weather on Saturday, April 14 the Benton County Benefit Car Show has been postponed. The benefit has been rescheduled to Saturday, June 2 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. This event is brought to you by the Ashland-Benton County Historic Preservation Commission and the Benton County Historical Society.

During the event there will be live music, grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, vendors selling handcrafted items and a silent auction. A $10 fee is required to register a car for entry into the show. Door prizes will also be available throughout the day for entries into the car show. The Benton County Courthouse Museum will be open during day’s event. The gift shop will features new items, courthouse t-shirts for adults and children, History of Benton County Families book and more.

All those planning to attend are encouraged to bring their law chairs so that they may enjoy an event that will be lots of fun, great location and benefit a good cause. The Car Show will go towards the upkeep of the Benton County Courthouse Museum.
