HOUSTON – Registration is continuing for GED Prep and English Second Language classes in Itawamba Community College’s five-county district including the Chickasaw County WIN Center in Houston.
The schedule will have the Houston WIN Center offer the classes, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m., with instructor Julia Puckett, and Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30-8:30 p.m., with instructor Susan Eldridge.
The GED Prep and ESL classes will also be offered at EXCEL Commons in Okolona, Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-noon with instructor Larry Davis.

Pontotoc County - Pontotoc WIN Center, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m.-noon and Tuesday and Thursday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and 5-8 p.m., Georgia Shocklee, Kathryn Donaldson, Kim Lilly; and ESL class - North Pontotoc Attendance Center, Tuesday and Thursday, 5-8 p.m., Linda Burleson, Susan Russell and Jennifer Wright.
The classes provide an opportunity for students to prepare for the GED test or to learn basic skills in reading, math or writing. There is no charge for the classes. Books and other materials are furnished.
