3471 LEGAL NOTICE SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 18th day of April, 2019, Essie Simmons, executed a Deed of Trust to James P. Smith, III, Trustee, for the benefit of 1st Franklin Financial Corporation, which Deed of Trust is filed for record in Instrument No. 2019000909 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tippah County at Ripley, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust authorized the appointment and substitution of another Trustee in the place of the Trustee named in said Deed of Trust or subsequently substituted therein, and 1st Franklin Financial Corporation appointed and substituted Bart M.
