#1459439 LEGAL NOTICE SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on June 27, 1997, Scottie Lee Adams and wife, Tracey Dione Adams executed a certain deed of trust to Thomas G. Wallace, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Associates, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Monroe County, State of Mississippi in Book 17-U at Page 349 and re-recorded in Book 19-Y at Page 518; and WHEREAS, MidFirst Bank has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Brown, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated August 28, 2019 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Instrument No 2019004262; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, MidFirst Bank, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale. Westbrook lot for a point of beginning; thence run South 01 degree 24 minutes East along the West line of the Paulette V. Westbrook lot a distance of 195 feet; thence run North 73 degrees West a distance or 83 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 22 of Longview Subdivision No. 1; thence run North 00 degrees 11 minutes East a distance of 170 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 21 of Longview Subdivision No. 1 at a point on the South right-of-way line of Longview Drive; thence run North 87 degrees 42 minutes East along the South right-of-way line of Longview Drive a distance of 80 feet to the point of beginning; and containing 0.32 of an acre, more or less, lying and being in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 12 South, Range 18 West, Monroe County, Mississippi.
