#1479669 LEGAL NOTICE SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF Monroe WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of December, 2013, Lisa Davis aka Lisa Renee Welch nka Lisa Davis Gilbert and John Gilbert, Wife and Husband , executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Nations Direct Title Agency, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Monroe County, Mississippi in Instrument# 2014000146; and WHEREAS, on the 28th day of May, 2019, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Incorporated, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2019002692; and WHEREAS, on the 26th day of August, 2019 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2019004380; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 29th day of January, 2020, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the west front door of Monroe County Courthouse- 300 Chestnut St. at Aberdeen, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Monroe County, Mississippi, to-wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 12 South, Range 18 West, Monroe County, Mississippi; thence run South for 572 feet to a point; thence run North 83 deg 26' West for 350 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run North 83 deg 26' West for 1077.3 feet to a point in the center of a County Road; thence run North 24 deg 41' East along the center of a County Road for 207 feet; thence run South 83 deg 57' East for 1032.5 feet to a point; thence run South 12 deg West for 207 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 5 acres, more or less.
