Neel-Schaffer, Inc. has announced that Chip Greene has joined the firm and will serve as Construction Services Manager for the Middle Tennessee area.
Greene has more than 20 years of experience overseeing a wide variety of roadway and bridge construction projects. He has served as the contractor's Project Manager for numerous Tennessee Department of Transportation projects, building strong relationships with officials from TDOT and many municipalities across Middle Tennessee.
“We are excited to welcome Chip to the Neel-Schaffer family,” said Richard Sullivan, PE, Assoc. “I’ve known and worked with Chip in different capacities for the past 20-plus years and he fits our culture well. I look forward to seeing what we can build together in the future.”
