According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Richard Ellis Hacker, 57, of Amory was arrested June 18 and charged with one count of arson of a dwelling. His bond has been set at $20,000, and he is currently being held in Monroe County Detention Center.
Barry Gordon Todd, 41, of Amory was arrested on June 24 and charged with one count of breaking and entering of a church in Splunge and grand larceny. He is currently being held in the Monroe County Detention Center awaiting arraignment on these current charges.
Todd was also arrested June 20 and charged with one count of breaking and entering of a dwelling and false pretense.
His bond was set on these two charges in the amount of $15,000. He also has a hold for the Amory Police Department.
