JoLynn Wheeler, from left, Pat Miller, Leslie Pearman, Joe Wheeler, Elizabeth Chavez and Hattie Pearman are hoping to to grow the ranks of Tupelo’s newly formed chapter of international nonprofit Women in Aviation. Despite the organization’s name (it was formed to encourage more women to become pilots), it’s open to both women and men interested in anything aviation-related.
