A New Albany man has been indicted for allegedly embezzling money from a local restaurant.
The suspect, Seth Pierce, allegedly embezzled $5,000 to $10,000 from the Rainey restaurant in downtown New Albany.
The alleged embezzlement occurred between March 1 and Aug. 31, according to the indictment.
Pierce, 26, was indicted last month by a Union County grand jury.
