Forbes to carry supplement on state
Mississippi Gov. Kirk Fordice and Forbes magazine chairman Caspar Weinberger announced Thursday during a breakfast for state chief executive officers that the magazine will feature a special advertising supplement in its July 15 issue touting the benefits of doing business in the state.
The supplement will highlight Mississippi's economic expansion and describe the advantages of investing, relocating and expanding business in the state.
The supplement is being paid for by corporate support and no government funds will be used.
Forbes, a leading business magazine, is published biweekly and has a circulation of more than 765,000.
