Lee County sheriff's deputies have charged a Fulton man with breaking into the same Mooreville residence three times and burning a car stolen from the residence.
James D. Dickey, 26, of 2702 Bankhead Road, Fulton, was charged Sunday with grand larceny, arson and three counts of burglary after deputies found him at the Mooreville residence, said sheriff's department chief investigator Terry Jones.
The arson charge stems from an April incident where a car was stolen from the Mooreville residence where the burglaries were reported, Jones said. The car was later found burned at Mooreville High School.
Dickey is being held on a $50,000 bond.
