STARKVILLE - A Lauderdale County man has been arrested and charged for peeping in windows in Starkville.
The Starkville Police Department said the incident happened July 25 at a Russell Street apartment complex. The investigation determined that James Boyd, 36, of Meridian was the suspect.
He was arrested in Meridian Tuesday night. He was brought to Starkville Aug. 7 and formally charged with voyeurism. He remains in custody at the Oktibbeha County Jail.
