STARKVILLE - A Clay County man is wanted by two police departments for separate felonies, for stealing a car and being a Peeping Tom.
The Starkville Police Department has an active warrant for Herman McGee, 35, of Pheba. He is wanted for voyeurism, a felony that carries a sentence of up to five years in prison. Officials say the incident happened July 3 between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Spruce Lane on the west side of town.
