NEW ALBANY - Voters in Ward 4 will select an alderman Monday to fill the vacancy created by the death of Bill Tucker.
On the ballot are Tucker's son, Will, and businesswoman Angelle Mueller. They were the top two vote-getters among the nine candidates in the Nov. 22 special election, but neither received the required majority of votes to win outright.
Tucker received 34 percent of the vote, and Mueller 19 percent.
The election will be at the Union County Courthouse. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
