What's missing in slavery narrative?
Am I missing something here?
The display of any flags connected to the Confederacy is offensive because it is a reminder of slavery, I'm told.
Then Oklahoma Representative J.C. Watts introduces legislation to memoralize the slaves who worked on the construction of the U.S. Capitol building, and now, the National Park Service, in response to the initiative of Jesse Jackson, Jr., is directing that all National Parks at sites connected to the War Between the States include slavery in their exhibits???
I assume I'll be hearing cries of outrage from those who find reminders of slavery offensive ...
