The second week of the March term of Pontotoc County Circuit Court continues this week and during plea day and first week proceedings 30 defendants have pled guilty and were sentenced. 

Seventeen of those defendants pled guilty during plea day court action March 21 and 22. 

Defendants and their sentences included:

-Charles Edward Gordon pled guilty to possession of meth; court withheld adjudication of guilt and imposition of sentence pending successful completion of three years probation; Gordon was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs, $50 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Cody Allen Duke pled guilty to possession of meth; adjudication and imposition of sentence were withheld pending successful completion of five years probation; Duke was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs, $45 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Emma Olivia Moore pled guilty to possession of meth; adjudication of guilt and imposition of sentence were withheld pending successful completion three years probation; Moorre was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs,  $120 restitution and $500 in fees;

-John Lee Pinson pled guilty to two counts of sale of marijuana; Pinson was sentenced on count one to five years in prison, given credit for time served and the balance suspended; placed on four years post release supervision; fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs, $370 restitution and $500 in fees; on count two he was sentenced to three years in prison, suspended, to run consecutive to other sentence; fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs, $130 restitution and $500 in fees;

-James Nicholas Allred pled guilty to cyberstalking; adjudication of guilt and sentencing were withheld pending successful completion of two years probation; fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $434.50 court costs and $500 in fees;

-David Leon Borden pled guilty to three drug charges, including possession of meth, hydrocodone and alprazolam; sentenced to 30 years in prison, 20 suspended on first count; sentenced to 30 years, suspended, second count and eight years, suspended third count; all to run consecutively; placed on five years post release supervision; fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs; $150 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Joshua Layne Boyett, pled guilty to possession of meth; with no prior felony he was sentenced to eight years, suspended; placed on five years supervision; fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs; $50 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Eric Ladale Walls pled guilty to two counts of sexual battery; sentenced to 40 years, 20 years suspended on count one; that sentence will run concurrently with a 20 years, day for day sentence, on count two; placed on five years post release supervision, fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) , ordered to pay $434.50 court cost; $500 in fees and $2,000 to the MS Children's Trust Fund;

-Rodney Shane Loggins pled guilty to sale of meth and aggravated assault; sentenced to 20 years, eight suspended, on the meth charge; fined $1,000, ordered to pay $509.50 court costs and $500 in fees; this sentence will run consecutively with a 20 years suspended sentence on the assault charge; placed on five years post release supervision; fined $1,000 and pay $434.50 court costs, $790 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Henry Hilton Alexander pled guilty to possession of meth; adjudication of guilt and imposition of sentence withheld pending three years probation; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs ; $50 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Kathryn Glenn Jaquez pled guilty to possession of heroin; with no prior felony conviction, she was sentenced to three years, suspended; three years supervision; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs; $50 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Frank West pled guilty to burglary of a dwelling; sentenced to 25 years, 15 suspended; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000; pay $434.50 court costs; $1,700 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Zachary Richard White pled guilty to sale of meth and possession of a weapon by a felon; sentenced to 30 years, 25 suspended , on the drug charge; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $941.50 court costs, $1,270 restitution and $500 in fees; this sentence will run consecutive to a 10 years prison sentence on the weapon charge and an earlier Pontotoc County cause; fined $1,000, pay $434.50 court costs and $500 in fees;

-Patrick Adams pled guilty to felon in possession of a weapon; sentenced to 10 years in prison unless he successfully completes three years of Intensive Supervision/House Arrest; five years post-release supervision; to run consecutive to a Lee County cause; fined $1,000; pay $434.50 court costs and $500 in fees;

-Celeste Danica Griffin pled guilty to sale of meth; sentenced to 20 years in prison unless she completes one year of Intensive Supervision/House Arrest; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000; pay $509.50 court costs, $265 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Kimberly Michelle Montgomery pled guilty to possession of meth; adjudication of guilt and imposition of sentence withheld; placed on three years probation; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs, $125 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Christopher Steen Walker pled guilty to three counts of burglary of a building; sentenced to seven years in prison on each count; nine years of the 21 years was suspended; five years post release supervision; pay $869 court costs, fined $1,500, pay $14,350 restitution and $1,200 in fees; 

Defendants pleading guilty during the first week of court included:

-Demondtea Qortez Smith, pled guilty to aggravated domestic violence; with no prior felony conviction he was sentenced to 20 years, all suspended; placed on five years supervision, fined $1,000, pay $434.50 court costs and $500 in fines; 

-Blake Dewayne Parkinson pled guilty to burglary of a building; adjudication and imposition of sentence withheld; five years probation; fined $1,000, pay $434.50 court costs; $862.50 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Timothy Rooker was arraigned and pled guilty to taking of a motor vehicle; sentenced to five years in prison, three suspended; run consecutive to a Union County cause; place on three years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $434.50 court costs and $500 in fees; 

-Jason Daniel Stevens was arraigned and pled guilty to burglary of a building; he was sentenced to a four years, day for day sentence, which runs concurrent with a Oktibbeha County cause he is currently serving; fined $1,000, pay $2,149.68 restitution, $578.50 court costs and $500 in fees;

-David Lee Phillips was arraigned and pled guilty to possession of meth with intent to sell; sentenced to eight years in prison, all suspended; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs, $45 restitution, and $500 in fees; 

-Angela Renee Gardner pled guilty to possession of meth; sentenced to 20 years in prison unless she completes three years of Intensive Supervision/House Arrest; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs; $175 restitution and $500 in fees; 

-Brandy Nicole Welch pled guilty to burglary of a building; sentenced to seven years, credited for time served and the balance suspended; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000; pay $434.50 court costs, $800 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Tina Jo Keith pled guilty to sale of meth and possession of meth; on the sale charge she was sentenced to serve 20 year in prison unless she completes five years of Intensive Supervision/House Arrest; placed on five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs, $345 restitution; $500 in fees; on the possession charge she was sentenced to three years in prison, suspended, consecutive to the other sentence; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs, and $500 in fees; 

-Justin Ray Anderson pled guilty to three charges, including two counts of burglary of a building and malicious mischief; on the first burglary charge he was sentenced to seven years in prison unless he completes five years of Intensive Supervision/House Arrest; on the second burglary charge he was sentenced to seven years, suspended; and on the malicious mischief he received five years, suspended, all three sentences running consecutively; placed on two years post release supervision; fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $869 court costs; $6,300 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Donald William Morris pled guilty to possession of meth with intent, enhanced  (church); sentenced to 16 years in prison, credited for time served and the balance suspended; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $509.50 court costs; $50 restitution; and $500 in fees;

-Kelvin Worship pled guilty to aggravated domestic violence; sentenced to 15 years in prison, credited for time served and the balance suspended; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay $434.50 court costs and $500 fees;

-Kristopher Stout pled guilty to aggravated domestic violence; sentenced to 15 years in prison, credited for time served and the balance suspended; five years post release supervision; fined $1,000, pay 4434.50 court costs and $500 in fees. 

-Jessica Harrington Hatcher was arraigned (Thursday) March 28 and pled guilty to possession of meth; she was sentenced to a three year suspended prison term, which will run consecutive to another Pontotoc County cause; she was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs, $50 restitution, and $500 in fees; 

-Danielle Nicole McCaine pled guilty to possession of hydrocodone and possession of meth; adjudication of guilt and imposition of sentence was withheld on both charges pending successful completion of three years of probation; she was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $509.50 court costs, $100 restitution and $500 in fees;

-Michael Lyles Montgomery pled guilty to possession of meth; he was sentenced to a three years suspended prison term which runs consecutive to a Calhoun County cause (which includes post release supervision); fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $$509.50 court costs,  $70 restitution and $500 in fees;
