Dayton, coming off a brilliant men's basketball season, will see plenty of Mississippi's SEC teams in December.
Ole Miss announced a home-and-home series with the Flyers on Tuesday.
The Rebels will play at Dayton on Dec. 19 and will host the Flyers for the 2021-22 season.
Previously, it was announced that Mississippi State and Dayton will meet on Dec. 12 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta as part of the Holiday Hoopsgiving.
Dayton, led by former Alabama and VCU coach Anthony Grant, will be coming off a brilliant 29-2 season that ended prematurely with the team on a 17-game winning streak. It was No. 3 in the season's final AP poll.
Ole Miss is 0-6 all-time against the Flyers.
Ole Miss played on the Dayton campus in its NCAA Tournament win in 2015. The Rebels trailed by 17 in the second half before rallying to defeat BYU 94-90.
The teams last met Dec. 30, 2014 with the Flyers winning 78-74 at Dayton. The previous season, Dayton won 83-80 in overtime in Oxford.
