OXFORD - The Ole Miss Lady Rebels face their second nationally ranked Top 5 team in less than a week visiting No. 3 LSU at 2 p.m., today.
Ole Miss (12-9, 2-6 SEC) had lost three straight to nationally ranked opponents. No 5. Tennessee beat Ole Miss 78-63 on Thursday. The remaining setbacks were to No. 14 Georgia and No. 22 Vanderbilt.
Ole Miss has lost four of five and eight of its last 11 games.
LSU (19-1, 7-0) is coming off a 93-59 rout of Arkansas Thursday.The Lady Tigers' smothering defense held their 17th opponent to under 40 percent shooting from the field. The Lady Razorbacks were 22 of 65 for 34 percent.
