More All-American honors continue to roll in for Mississippi’s best baseball players.
D1Baseball.com selected Ethan Small, Justin Foscue and Jake Mangum from Mississippi State and Southern Miss junior outfielder Matt Wallner to its three All-American teams.
Small, a junior pitcher, earned his fourth first team All-American accolade and currently has a 10-2 record with a 1.77 earned run average and 168 strikeouts in only 102 innings.
Foscue, a sophomore second baseman, and Mangum, a senior outfielder, were named to the second team along with Wallner.
Foscue was also a second team selection by Collegiate Baseball and a third teamer for Perfect Game and Baseball America while Mangum was a second team pick of Baseball American and Perfect Game and a third teamer for Collegiate Baseball.
Wallner was a first teamer by Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball and also a second team selection by Perfect Game.
